Llaird Likens

Vocals/Guitar

Llaird Likens was born in Southern California and raised in both Paradise, CA and Pensacola, FL. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology and a Doctorate in Chiropractic Medicine. He currently serves veterans in Navarre, FL as a Chiropractic Physician and Acupuncturist specializing in service-related disabilities. Llaird’s musical journey began in a traveling worship family that traveled across the country in an old converted school bus, performing for all types of audiences. He describes it as a “1970’s Partridge Family/Gaither vocal band inspired endeavor.” Some of his most precious memories are gathering around the piano with his sisters and harmonizing in worship. His love for the rich harmonies of old hymns continues to shape his heart for worship today.

When he’s not in the clinic or worshipping with Redeemed WB, you’ll find him spending time with his family along the Emerald Coast or making magical memories at Disney.

Llaird is a devoted husband to Mindy, proud father of two daughters—Lydia and Serena—and adoring “Pop” to his grandson and “LifeCoach,” Teddy. Becoming a grandpa to Teddy has redefined his world. Teddy has helped him understand how much every day counts and that how we spend every moment matters.

“Growing up in a Christ centered family and accepting Him as the Author and Savior of my life at an early age, one would think that I would have gotten to escape hardship. But that would not be the truth. He has taken me on a journey that has required daily rescue, entrenched with lessons learned out of failures. The rich blessings of family and worship have been my daily rest. My favorite worship songs include many of the songs that we sing in Redeemed WB, but my heart still goes back to the worship and harmonies of the old hymn books. My favorite thing about Redeemed WB is the genuine love for Christ by each of its members and their desire to worship with or without a stage. I love their complete focus on our God and that our voices are designed and created to praise Him.”
