In Loving Memory Clint Johnson

Vocals/Keys

Clint Johnson is a musical Swiss Army knife- from playing several instruments like keyboard, guitar, trumpet, and even the Ukulele (but who can’t play that) to experience in audio and video recording and editing. He also comes with a serious sweet tooth and a love for the great outdoors. With a music degree from Chipola College and a leadership and cultural studies degree from The University of Mobile, Clint spends his weekdays wrangling middle schoolers as a special education teacher and his weekends wrangling chords at two local churches.

Raised in a small church where southern gospel piano echoed through the pews, Clint developed an eclectic style that blends jazz, blues, gospel, and rock like a musical jambalaya. He’s recorded several albums with a southern gospel quartet and has “sat in” with more groups than he can count (or remember.)

When he's not making music, Clint is probably out on the water, camping under the stars, or hunting—unless he’s on a mission to find Haribo gummy bears or cotton candy flavored Mike and Ike. Because let’s be honest: cotton candy isn’t just a flavor, it’s a personality trait.
